Rodrigo Lira

Bio:
Rodrigo Lira Canguilhem (Santiago, December 26, 1949 – December 26, 1981) was a Chilean poet. His poetry is in line with other Chilean bards who preceded him, as Nicanor Parra and Enrique Lihn. It abounds in their texts the use of irony, experimentation with language, intertextuality, criticism, and particularly black humor, which are all victims, including himself. (source: es.wikipedia)
